Throughout her career, her property appeals experience has been primarily focused on the Dallas/Fort Worth market, but also includes Austin, California, and the Pacific Northwest. She has worked with property owners ranging from local owners to large institutional investors. Jennifer was most recently a Director with Altus Group in their Dallas office. She previously worked for Alliance Tax Advisors, Brusniak Blackwell PC, and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. She began her property tax career at Arthur Andersen LLP after graduating with a degree in Accounting from the University of North Texas.
Jennifer has served on IPT’s Education and Symposium Committees to promote the education and professionalism of those in the property tax field. Jennifer has also been a mentor for young women entering the property tax profession. She is a member of the National Charity League, North Dallas Chapter, where she has served as a board member and volunteers for charities such as the Salvation Army Food Bank and Bed Start.
